Cole isn't actually tied to us in any way; he was bred by Ginger and lived in Texas until the spring of 2008. At that time he came back to Michigan to be shown, and was subsequently returned to Ginger. Because we'd been sorely missing having a boy around, Ginger let Cole stay with us for a few months. Cole finished his Championship on September 27, 2009 at the Monroe Kennel Club show; I was happy to be there to see it! Cole has since moved into his retirement home, where he helped an older Boxer girl (and her owners!) get over the loss of their boy and, later, the old girl. Cole now shares his home with Xena.
